Paul Pfeiffer, Pepon Osorio, Matthew Ritchie, Fred Wilson, Barry McGee, Laylah Ali, Mark Dion, Mel Chin, and Krzysztof Wodiczko are just a few of the leading artists who have been involved in TICA. TICA is offered at no cost to accepted applicants."
